An initiative by Stemettes to provide seed funding, intensive mentorship, and support to talented girls aged 22 and under who have innovative business and technology ideas. Based in London, the incubator ran over the 2015 summer holidays and was an internationally focused programme, accepting talented girls from across the UK, Ireland and the EU. Each week took 45 girls of which a proportion were resident in the Outbox house.

I was reminiscing about Outbox the other day and was thinking about how I wished I was as confident and ambitious as I am now back then, only to realise that it was Outbox itself that helped me become more confident.
